The Truth Behind Meditation: Chakras and the Kundalini

So what’s the secret behind meditation?  So many people these days promote how meditation can reduce stress, promote health, and keep you focused.  This post will show you the truth behind the science of meditation and show you how your body is a divine machine housing infinite possibilities.  Let’s start with the Chakras.

As shown above, your body has seven basic Chakras.  A Chakra is an energy point and whirling vortex inside your subtle body.  The subtle body is composed of mind, intelligence and ego, which controls the physical body.  This subtle body is also known as “the most sacred body” or “the rainbow body”.

(The Rainbow Body or Subtle Body)

Chakras are a part of the subtle body, not the physical body, and as such, are the meeting points of the subtle (non-physical) energy channels called nadi.  Nadi are believed to be channels in the subtle body through which the Kundalini energy flows.  The photo below is a depiction of the chakra system located in your body.

Kundalini aka “the coiled one” is known as a primal energy located at the base of the spine.  Different spiritual traditions such as Buddhism teach methods of “awakening” kundalini for the purpose of reaching spiritual enlightenment.

So whats the truth behind meditation?  That’s right family…spiritual enlightenment and dimensional ascension.  The goal is to ensure that your chakra system is balanced which allows your Kundalini energy to raise from your lowest root chakra to the highest.  This will allow you to have proper connection with the Divine Creator.  Take a look at the Chart below before we go into how you can keep your Chakra system balanced.

(What can block Kundalini energy from reaching its full potential)

As shown in the photo above, there are various ways we can block our Kundalini energy from flowing upward.  Living in fear, carrying around guilt, lying, and being egotistical can throw a specific chakra off balance.  We want to maintain a balance chakra system by living spiritually and eating healthy.  Many things that we incur throughout the day can throw our chakras off balance.

The pineal gland also known as the ‘Pine Cone’ is a very important gland in your body.  It is connected with the 6th Chakra or the Third Eye chakra.  Many religions around the world are aware of this science and depict images of the knowledge in plain sight knowing the majority will never know its true meaning.  Our ancient Kemetic ancestors where fully aware of the Chakra system and depicted the protection of the pineal gland aka Third Eye with a Cobra on their head.  The Cobra was not just a representation of royalty but a representation of the Third Eye being protected.  Take a look at the images below.

The pineal gland is key to reaching enlightenment.  Many of the foods and the fluoride in water we intake can cause our pineal gland to calcify making it very hard for the Kundalini energy to pass through to the seventh chakra (the crown chakra).

After reviewing this information, you can see how things you do in your everyday life affect the balance of your mind, body, and spirit.  It’s essential to make better decisions and eat healthier foods to promote effective meditation.  I trust that this information will guide you as you begin or continue your path in daily meditation.  Check out a few of the links below for additional information on how to properly meditate.

Hello Stephen. Your response made me smile. First, thank you for coming by and I appreciate you participating in this chat. Check out my posted about meditation. It should not be hard to find on the main page….just look for the chakras 🙂 I’m not too sure about having to be a vegetarian to properly meditate. I would ask you to conduct research on the origin of the word ‘Chakra’. You will find that ‘chakra’ falls under a specific belief system. In today’s society, cultures have now blended spiritual system (similar to the past) which has many believing a little of this and a little of that. For example, some Christians believe in activating the chakra system even though the Bible never speaks of anything of the sort. Praying, but not activating chakras to astro project into the 5th DEM.
